We process every order within 1–2 business days. The regular delivery times are as follows:

  • Germany & Austria: 2–5 business days

  • Switzerland & EU: 3–7 business days

  • USA / Americas: 7–14 business days

Note: Shipping and processing do not take place on weekends or public holidays.

Free Shipping Thresholds:

  • Germany, EU & Switzerland: Free shipping on orders over €25.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package at any time.

Depending on the region, we ship with reliable partners such as DHL, DPD, UPS, or specialized international logistics partners for US orders.

5. Delivery Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to high demand, customs inspections, or international shipping conditions. We will, of course, inform you as soon as there are any significant deviations from the expected schedule.
