Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used pillows are not eligible for return.
